• The Department Curriculum consists of compulsory and elective courses. There are 64 elective courses in the department’s elective course pool, 28 of which are offered in the fall semester and 36 in the spring semester. In addition to these, 60 non-technical social elective courses and 24 technical elective courses are offered within the faculty.
• The ratio of compulsory courses to elective courses in the curriculum is 179 / 61 ECTS. Of these elective courses, 7 ECTS must be from elective courses offered within the Faculty.
• In order to graduate from this 4-year program, the student must successfully complete all courses. All the courses in the curriculum and the workshop training (168 cours hours) and a 10-week internship, and a graduation project, a minimum of 240 ECTS credits and have a GPA of at least 2.00 / 4.00 must be successfully completed. In addition, students are required to take at least one course from both thermal design and mechanical design elective course groups in order to graduate (You can learn the course groups here). In addition, in order to fulfill the 30% English requirement, it is compulsory to take at least one course in English from the department elective courses.
